Why Test Your Employees?

Simply stated, if you aren’t testing your employees, you’re probably losing money.

The Oregon Business Council reports that drug abusers are four times more likely to have accidents, two and a half times more likely to be absent more than once a week, and five times more likely to file a worker’s comp claim.

Estimates are that a single drug using employee costs his employer between $9,000 and $21,000 per year.  According the the US Department of Labor, cumulatively, employee drug and alcohol use cost  US businesses is roughly$150 billion.
